Summary	This work is intended to provide the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE) Certificate (NPS curriculum 270) to participants identified by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division. Up to 20 students per cohort will participate in the four-course certificate program. One course is provided per quarter, per cohort. This proposal covers courses taught in Academic Year 2017 (AY17) Quarters 2, 3, and 4.
