Summary	The SOW is directed at supporting the work force development of MS, and ancillary Corona Command personnel in fulfilling the Command's critical mission responsibility as the Navy's Independent Assessment activity for weapon systems and platforms. This SOW enables this support through the development by the Navy Post-Graduate School, Monterey, CA, of a short course on HEL technologies, requirements, and applications; and its presentation to MS and Command personnel.
