Summary | The Naval Postgraduate School's (NPS) Center for Interdisciplinary Remotely Piloted Aircraft Studies (CIRPAS) submits this proposal to participate in and support the airborne research objectives NOAA's GOMACCS project in Houston, Texas, during august and September 2006. GOMACCS is a large research project that involves 4 aircraft, research ships, and land based observation sites. The objective is to understand the effect emissions from large oil refineries and chemical facilities have on air quality and cloud properties. |
