Summary | The Practical Comptrollership Course (PCC) is an intensive one-week course in defense financial management and is part of the Department of the Naval Civilian Financial Management Career Program Roadmap. The PCC is specifically designed for individuals (civilian and military) who are either incumbent or about to report to responsible positions in financial management at the major command/budget submitting office level, a subordinate command, or field level activity. The course content reaches across all financial management disciplines including: planning, programming, budgeting, budget execution, fiscal law, working capital funds, reimbursables, accounting and internal controls. This course is offered in Norfolk, VA for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSYY). |
