| Summary | Conduct an assessment and transformation study of the Department of Army Cost Estimating, Analysis (CE/A) and Management communities. The project will provide a comprehensive, objective, and detailed assessment and analysis comparing the current status of people, processes, technologies and capabilities within these communities to meet the challenges of the DA in the 21st century. |
