Summary This task order includes tasks that will support the automation of several novel EDA techniques for operational environments. Analysis of military operational environments requires consideration of spatial and temporal information. The tasks listed involve development of spatiotemporal visualization and statistical analysis methods, and accordingly it is important that the software developed under this contract includes integration of a web-based geographic information system (GIS). This task order covers additional functionality for software previously developed under T00045. Software that is written or used under this contract shall be open source and owned by the government; the only exception is existing proprietary software that is already open and will continue to be open to the government. Henceforth in this document software that is open-source to the government shall be referred to as open-source software. Other exceptions to this open source requirement must be explicitly approved by the TRAC-Monterey technical representative.
