Summary	The Department of Information Science, Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) shall perform Non-Traditional Assessment (NTA) Operational Test Agency (OTA) duties for the Joint Capabilities Technology Demonstrations (JCTD) under the purview of USSOUTHCOM. JCTDs will include Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) NanoSatellite Project-3 (SNaP-3), Rapid Open Geospatial User Environment (ROGUE), and Deep Sea Web (DSW). NPS shall support USSOUTHCOM (Operational Manager (OM) and OTA Manager) as well as the individual project Integrated Planning Teams (IPTs)/Integrated Management Teams (IMTs) during research and development of the ROGUE project. This project is a I-year effort (through the end of Fiscal Year (FY) 14).
