Summary	The Executive Business Course (EBC) for Flag Officers, sponsored by the Deputy Chief, Designed to enhance business acumen of Flag and SES members so as to produce more effective and efficient business operations. The 10-day course is conducted at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC. The course is designed for international Navy, Maritime Force, and Coast Guard Officers. The EBC course objective is to provide a cadre of navy executives with increased ability to think strategically, execute strategy, lead change, and produce more effective and efficient business practices.
