Summary This research effort will explore additional capabilities that can be added to the Replenishment At Sea Planner (RASP) tool to improve the effectiveness of fleet forces or joint operations. RASP is a powerful logistics planning tool that is used to plan resupply operations for naval surface ships. It is believed that the underlying features of RASP can also be leveraged produce additional capability in planning combatant operations or joint maneuvers. This research will determine what additional planning features are needed in the fleet and how RASP can be adapted to meet those needs.
