Summary	The scope of this SOW is to provide technical, operational and program analysis expertise in support of NAVAIR, which will include research, development, analysis, and reporting, in support of the SM-3 Ballistic Missile Defense testing event at San Nicolas Island and on the NAVAIR Sea Test Range. NPS CAW shall coordinate and collaborate with all relevant NAVAIR and program office stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient program execution. Technical and Program analysis support includes: - Support the development and maintenance of test plans, test event analyses, evaluations, and recommendations, to ensure the technical and scientific evidence collected will support effective testing and future development efforts.
