Summary This proposal documents the Department of Systems Engineering Distance Learning programs: (232) Certificate in Lead Systems Integration, (242) Certificate in Reliability & Maintainability Engineering, (282) Certificate in Systems Engineering, (311) Systems Engineering Non-Resident Master's Degree program, (312) Aviation Systems Engineering, (581) PhD in Systems Engineering Resident Hybrid, (711) Systems Engineering Management- Defense Systems in development, (721) Joint Executive Systems Engineering Management-PD21, (722) Systems Engineering Management- Systems & Program Management and SE single-course enrollments for graduate credit. The attached Budget Page reflects ongoing and planned cohort inputs for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 and reflects the Reimbursable Education (RE) funding expected to be generated for and expended in support of all programs. These programs are funded on a tuition model, with numerous sponsors providing the tuition funding supporting one or more students. This proposal serves as our DL business plan and the accuracy is dependent on whether or not there is sufficient demand and funding to support it. The associated Budget Page also lists a projected amount of Direct funding for active duty DoN enrollments but does not include any share of Indirect coming back to the program.
