Summary	CIRPAS, through its primary contractor CalTech, will provide pre-flight coordination, flight coordination, range management, flight safety and facility management of UC Berkeley's Center for the Cooperation Control of Unmanned Vehicle Activities at the CIRPAS facility and will ensure compliance with all CIRPAS and CalTech policies and procedures.
