Summary |
The ONR Intelligent Autonomy program addresses the development of software to coordinate autonomous UAVs, USVs, and UUVs. One of the software systems developed under this program by University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) is Time Critical Coverage (TIC3) planner. The TIC3 planner must respond to requests for plans within an allocated time in a dynamic environment in the presence of changing weather patterns and pop-up threats while avoiding collisions with obstacles and entering into no-fly zones. In this white paper we propose to interface the TIC3 planner with the NPS UAV fleet. |
