Summary	In this Cooperative Research and Development Agreement NGIS will gain insight to the leading edge technology and doctrinal Sea Power 21 studies and experiments available at NPS for potential integration or improvement of our analysis environment and products. NPS will gain insight to the capabilities of the tools employed by NGIS, potential use of these tools in dedicated research opportunities, and funding to support agreed upon Sea Power 21/FORCEnet efforts.
