Summary | This one week Mobile Education Team (MET) course examines the components and characteristics of building operational capability through the defense life cycle, with an emphasis placed on the tools and techniques needed to implement change in the area of managing operational logistics. Participants will discuss best practices and will work on a series of small group exercises designed to enhance understanding of methods that can lead to improved logistics program management. Improvement of defense acquisition management systems in the participant nation will enhance the U.S. Government's security sector objectives at the national and regional level. Additionally, this information exchange will help build the intellectual capital of the Naval Postgraduate School faculty confirmed to support this effort. |
