Summary Assist the United States government's ongoing effort to address the challenges of global security by providing the world's leading forum for state-of-the-art knowledge about all aspects of combating global terrorism, discussing international best practices and current events in global defense and security, and providing the best social and professional networking tools to international defense and security professionals. This forum will be fully integrated with the Combating Terrorism Fellowship Program (CTFP), and be accessible to defense and security professionals from all over the world, including locations with limited bandwidth and limited computing capabilities.
