Summary | A faculty team from the Defense Resources Management Institute (DRMI) will provide a ten-day Mobile International Defense Management Course (MIDMC) for approximately 30 military and civilian participants from the Armed Forces and Ministry of Defense of Thailand. The course has been requested by the Joint U.S. Military Advisory Group Thailand (JUSMAGTHAI), U.S. Embassy Bangkok and the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA). The objective of the course is to prepare participants to apply analytic decision-making approaches and specific tools in managerial decision-making to make more effective and efficient use of defense resources. By the end of the course, participants will be able to clearly define and evaluate the relationships among national security objectives, defense strategies, program alternatives/capabilities, and their budgetary resource requirements. |
