Summary | The faculty in the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy (GSBPP) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) will deliver a continuing course of instruction in cost management titled Cost Management Certificate Course (CMCC) in FY14 for U.S. Army personnel in Headquarters and field activities on a reimbursable basis. The Certificate is comprised of educational curriculum resulting in 12 credit hours of graduate education covering: Managerial Costing; Operations Management; Cost Control and Organizational Effectiveness for Cost Manager. GSBPP will deliver the Certificate Course in a Distributed Learning format combining synchronous and asynchronous modes, and will also deliver the Certificate Course in a resident face-to-face format. In FY14, GSBPP plans to deliver two sessions of the DL mode, each session spanning 20 weeks. Also in FY14, GSBPP plans to deliver one session of the face-to-face resident mode spanning four weeks. Students will complete course work in all four subject areas sequentially. Completion of all 12 credit hours is required for award of the Certificate. |
