Summary The work to be undertaken under this project will be a new effort to provide support to the Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) on management, process, and training related issues. The specific topics were developed by mutual agreement of Naval Sea Logistics Center staff and Professors Euske and Geraldo Ferrer.
The following studies will be delivered at the specified dates:
August 2013: How does the Supply Requisitioning Process Affect Average Customer Wait Time Onboard U.S. Navy Destroyers?
January 2014: Determine the optimum approach to procuring small/riverine craft.
June 2014: IUID Capability Expansion - Feasibility Study.
