Summary | This proposal documents the GSBPP Distance Learning Master of Science degree programs: Curriculum 835 - Master of Science in Contract Management (MSCM) and Curriculum 836-Master of Science in Program Management (MSPM). The Budget Proposal reflects ongoing and planned cohort inputs for Fiscal Year 2019 and reflects the Reimbursable Education (RE) funding expected to be generated and expended in support of the two degree programs. These programs are funded on a tuition model, with numerous sponsors providing the tuition funding supporting one or more students. As this proposal includes planned cohorts, the accuracy is dependent upon whether or not there is sufficient demand and funding support to initiate a planned cohort input. The Budget Proposal indicates that two ongoing cohorts will pay tuition at $2000 per course for Quarter One using the FY18 tuition rate and the tuition for subsequent quarters will be increased to the NPS Distance Learning minimum tuition of $2250 per course. The Budget Proposal does not reflect any Indirect Return to the program. |
