Summary This work will continue the implementation of the Logistics Battle Command (LBC) model in order to improve its efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use. With the completion of the new core LBC source code the model must now undergo validation and verification IAW MIL-STD-3022 prior to being used in analysis and studies directed by certain policies and statutes. Additionally, the development of supplemental modules outside the core code base is anticipated in order to meet customer requirements that will be identified as the sponsor conducts a beta release of a distributed decision support tool built on top of the core LBC model.
