Summary	Since September 2009 there has been intriguing experimental evidence that the Italian inventor, Andrea Rossi, had successfully developed a NiH technology embodied in a reactor capable of producing thermal energy with power output in the kilowatt range. Since 1989 there have been a continuing stream of reports of heat and nuclear products in experiments with the NiH system, e.g., see review in G. Mengoli II Nuovo Cimento, 20,3 March 1998. In November 2011. Praxen Defkalion Green Technologies (Global) of Cyprus announced a family of products, the HYPERION. http://www.defkalion-energy.com/files/HvperionSpecsSheetNovember2011.pdf It is the purpose of this project to organize a performance verification using our instruments and analyses and to produce a publishable report. The start of NPS and possibly other USN research organizations will participate in this project.
