Summary The Leadership and Communication Program for Senior Supervisors (LCSS) is a three-day hands-on, results-oriented program designed to help senior supervisors better know themselves, understand and manage the strengths and biases they bring to their workgroups, and develop critical skills for leading others. The LCSS will focus on the Role of the Senior Supervisor; Critical Conversations; Conflict Management; Self-Awareness; Upward Communication and Performance Feedback. By the end of the LCSS, participants will create personal leadership development plans incorporating the many techniques and insights gained.
