Summary This proposal seeks Phase III funding to finish integration and testing and prepare for launch integration of NPS's first CubeSat, the Solar Cell Array Tester. This activity follows the previous Phase I and ongoing Phase II project funded by NRO AS&T to build a flight a solar cell array tester in the CubeSat form factor. This project is building expertise and experience in CubeSat systems and payload development to be applied to other NRO projects currently and expected at NPS. Additionally, this project has been the basis for several NPS Masters graduate students' theses, contributing directly to NPS's educational mission. Phase I saw the completion of a prototype CubeSat, Phase II has seen the completion of the flight design, the flight hardware, and integration testing. Phase III focuses on the final integration and testing of the flight hardware and preparation for launch integration. This proposal addresses the NRO Key Functional Capability (KFC) #6, Innovative Capabilities.
