Summary This project will provide thesis seminar, and short course support to the approximate 120+ Information Dominance Corps students at NPS. Current funding covers Q1 and Q2 of FY15. The objective of this project is to provide Information Dominance professional development and leadership seminars/mentorship for me students as outlined in the Navy Information Dominance Corps "Human Capital Strategy 2012-2017". The objective of the N2/N6 resources for the mCFE is to provide leadership and professional development seminars/instruction/mentorship to establish synergy between the IDC communities. Resources pay for course preparation, development, classroom facilitation, travel, supplies, books, materials, and transportation for the mCFE and other student instruction opportunities. Resources also provides for preparation for student instruction, coordination between commands and Information Dominance students allowing for current real time opportunities to apply knowledge for better support to the warfighter. The mCFE will be the N2/N6 focal point for me Culture, Fusion/Efficiency Effectiveness Total Work Force Integration, Adaptability & Innovation, Career/Professional Development, and Information Management for the approximate 120+ me students enrolled at NPS. This professional development is not a curriculum/requirement for NPS.
