Summary The main objective of this collaboration is to research and explore the consequences of a potential cyber terrorism attack on critical U.S. infrastructure such as utilities, transportation, banking and military operations. Identify the consequence management of public and private organizations necessary for preventing, mitigating, and responding to malicious and criminal cyber activities.
NPS will collaborate with Infragard on Cyber Attack and Security (CASE 2010) exercise. CASE 2010 will examine the consequences of a wide spread cyber attack on the critical infrastructure and private sector, explore the private sector's role in identifying, countering and responding to a terrorist cyber attack and identify actions that can be taken to increase cyber security and minimize the effects on a terrorist cyber attack.
