Summary The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) developed the Tactical Engineer Development Program (TEDP) to educate acquisition-coded scientists and engineers supporting NAVAIR acquisition programs/platforms in the operational context of the systems they will develop.
NAWCWD has a requirement for Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) teaching and instructional expertise at the graduate level to teach selected acquisition-coded Scientists and Engineers in the TEDP topic areas outlined below at various times throughout FY 2015 and beyond. Specific lecture dates, times and locations will be determined through future negotiations between NAWCWD and the Chairman of the NPS Information Sciences (IS) Department. NPS will both develop and deliver lectures to NAWCWD personnel in the TEDP.
The proposal will be funded in two segments: $80,000 for development and $30,800 for delivery. The attached budget page is for development only. Another budget page will be submitted for the delivery portion, which will be funded separately by the sponsor.
