Summary The International Defense Transformation MET aims to assist countries all over the world, which that are interested in the United States and NATO processes for Concept Development and Experimentation. Participants explore transformational principles for maintaining competitive military advantage in the 21st Century. This offering prepares decision-makers to effectively design and implement plans for transforming their military to respond to principal threats, utilizing a capabilities-based defense planning methodology. This seminar was coordinated with the USSOUTHCOM and the country team in Argentina. The course and MASL number are established by Navy International Programs and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The Naval Postgraduate School will provide academic content, applicable frameworks and practical exercises for the Mobile Education Team (MET) Seminar on International Defense Transformation in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Approximately 40 participants from Argentine Armed Forces and Ministry of Defense are expected to attend the IDT MET
