Summary | U.S. Army Regulation 525-29 states, "The ARFORGEN process is the Army's core process for force generation. It is the structured progression of unit readiness over time to produce trained, ready, and cohesive units prepared for operational deployment in support of the combatant commander and other Army requirements." The central objective of the proposed project is therefore to develop teaching materials for use in week 2 (Operations Management) and week 3 (Cost Management) of the CMCC program so that the student can develop a clear understanding of the ARFORGEN process and the challenges associated with its implementation. |
