Summary	This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes an agreement between AOML, the Department of Commerce (DOC) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) through which AOML will pay NPS, to provide a timeframe through AOML to exchange technical expertise, training, and scientific exchange activities with AIT in areas of mutual interest in the fields of meteorological and oceanographic research. This will be accomplished through the detail of Professor Michael Montgomery from NPS to NOAA.
