Summary	As the Immersive Infantry training (IIT) facility matures, there is a need to look forward towards what it can or should be in the future to best meet Marine Corps training needs using tomorrow's technology, not limited to or constrained to today. The approach to this task will be to address Marine Corps infantry training as a holistic system and to identify where technology can be placed to improve and/or accelerate the development of expertise.
