Summary	NPS has extensive expertise, capabilities, and information in modeling and stochastic combinatorial optimization applied to disease control, and, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Technology Transfer Act, desires to make this expertise and technology available for public and private sectors. UTA has the interest, resources, capabilities, and technical expertise to transition the results of Naval research and development for public use.
