Summary	Identify the command SME, conduct interviews with site visits, coupled with building a base HDFS platform at NPS will be the first step. After the requirements are agreed upon Java Map-Reduce algorithms will be written, followed by data analysis (BI Tools), and presentation of the results. - Work with Marine Corps command to identify datasets/requirements/applicability - Install HDFS/NOSQL DB/Relational Oracle DB at NPS - Use data-connectors to move data between the above 3 platforms - Write Java Map-Reduce code to analyze the sample datasets - Further analysis of the data using available BI Tools - Present results to the command for feedback and refinements - Train command personnel to use this research platform
