Summary	NPS will assist DARPA in the evaluation of human subject data collected by Raytheon for the detection of insider threats, with the goal of making this existing data set available for research within NPS and at other DARPA awardees. A key element of this limited research effort is the drafting of an IRB application that can be used by the other DARPA awardees as a template for IRB applications at their home institutions in collaboration with the NPS research effort.
