Summary | In conjunction with the Executive team of DCAA in their efforts to assess and transform DCAA's organizational culture, CDMR is poised to provide ongoing support in several specific areas in FY10/11. Over the past year, CDMR has gained tremendous insight into DCAA's challenges, particularly regarding communication and management issues. Specifically, DCAA has identified interpersonal communication that could be taught at DCAA locations (TBD), to all levels of employees by various trainers. The scope of work would include the flowing: need assessment, literature review, preliminary course outline, a tour of training facilities and current courses, curriculum development, detailed course outline, materials development, assessment development tools, pilot course delivery, and final review for course/curriculum completion. |
