Summary	The objective of this study is to provide strategic advisory and technology exploration support to the Office of Naval Research's (ONR) Directorate of Innovation (03i). This support will identify opportunities to enable knowledge-sharing and collaboration across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), with a focus on the Future Collaboration Environment and mobile computing policy, and technology experimentation.
