Summary	PMS 500 is funding professor Alex Julian of the Naval Postgraduate School to join the Integrated Product Team (IPT) that is chartered to solve Integrated Fight Through Power (IFTP) problems. This initial $10,000 is to be used to make an initial assessment of the IPT teams progress in solving the IFTP problems specifically the progress made in solving the Gate Driver problem in the Power Electronics Module (PEM). Coordination will be between the prime contractor bath Iron Works (BIW) and DRS direct reporting will be to PMS 500. It may be necessary to travel to meet objectives of this tasking.
