Summary	In order to explore the concept and critical characteristics of Objective Networking the following Study Questions should be addressed: 1. How can we integrate resilient networks within denied and degraded environments based upon objective networking concepts? 2. What types of network management data and metadata should be collected at the tactical edge to improve Objective Network performance through the application of Machine Learning algorithms? 3. How is industry applying machine learning to network performance and how can this be applied to tactical networks? 4. What is the best method and tool or family of tools to use for a network management system
