Summary	This Statement of work covers the participation of the Naval Postgraduate School’s (NPS) Energy Academic Group (EAG) and partnered NPS faculty in the development, and execution of a Distance Learning program leading to a certificate in Defense Energy. The objective of the proposed educational activity is for the Energy Academic Group at NPS to offer a four-course Defense Energy Certificate to military and civilian students from within the Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies. The curriculum number has been changed to 236 vice 234.
