Summary	Plan and develop the Cambodia country program concept of operations based on Strategic Vision reform process and Collaborative Methodology designed to build partner nation ownership of program implementation plans. Represent the DIRI Program as the main POC with the Country Team, ODC, Partner Nation; work with country desk officers in GCC, OSD, DSCA,, JS as required. Provide reports to DIRI PM on the implementation of DIRI program methodology and brief Regional Coordinators as required. Assist in the creation and implementation for the DIRI portion of the Regional International Outreach (RIO) program management tool.
