Summary	This project consists of a seminar series that will enrich and broaden the understanding of vital trends in global and regional trends and the changing nature of warfare. The seminars will expose attending naval officers and naval civilians to leading specialists in these issues in support of their continued professional development. The goal is to prepare naval officers for greater responsibilities within their domains of policy-making and implementation in the areas of intelligence, diplomacy, irregular war, cyber war, and combat operations.
