Summary	The objective of this proposal is to issue and execute research awards from the Naval Postgraduate School's Center on Contemporary Conflict for the Project on Advanced Systems and Concepts for Countering WMD (PASCC). This proposal is intended to support PASCC operations as well as its research projects, which include future studies and strategic dialogues for the FY13/14 project cycle.
