Summary	The goal of this effort is to prepare and deliver present-day offensive and defensive CS/EE Cyber Operations Cyber subject materials to the group of NSA students and faculty from the currently accepted Cyber Centers of Excellence (and some others). The goal is to develop skills that would be useful to the DoD and potentially Navy activities.
