Summary	The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Chief of Naval Operations, Warfare Integration and Assessment Division (N8F) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) is to establish the Chair of Systems Engineering Analysis (SEA) at the NPS, and to provide for the sponsorship, funding, administration and activities of the Chair.
