Summary The long-term goal is to implement a fleet wide decision support methodology and software tool set to assist in monitoring the performance of intelligence systems (e.g., carry-on cryptological systems-CCOPS). The results of this decision support activity will be to aid the OPNAV N20 executives, as well as supporting SPAWAR executives, in making decisions during the ongoing POM/budgeting process for N2's intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems. The specific goal of this research will be to do a trial implementation of the tested and accepted decision support methodology with the third Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG).
