Summary	The objective of the proposed educational activity is to make available to employees of the sponsor’s organization, three graduate level courses, beginning with EC3760 in the Fall of AY16. The classes will occur over time periods aligning with NPS Fall, Winter, and Spring instructional quarters. These courses will be presented on-site at the sponsor’s typical place of business or at a nearby facility and be supported by a combination of faculty from the NPS National Capital Region Office located in Arlington, VA as well as faculty from NPS’s Monterey campus.
