Summary	The objective of the proposed educational activity is for the ECE department at NPS to offer two courses to students at the National Security Agency (NSA)/ Associate Directorate for Education and Training (ADET) facility in Maryland during the fall quarter ofFY2014. This work will also cover the instruction the NPS fall quarter and will include instruction and travel. This work will be completed as a Sub JON to Dr. Cynthia E. Irvine's work and proposal.
