Summary	This is a proposal to continue funding my Ocean Acoustics and Dynamics Laboratory (OADL) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) for the upcoming fiscal years of 2021-2023. My group has mostly finished with the analysis of the Philippine Sea observations with the following recent publications (Ramp, et al. 2017, Colosi et al. 2019, and Chandrayadula et al. 2020; Also see Andrew et al 2020 in prep). We are turning our focus now to the CANAPE and CAATEX experiments as well as pursuing work on upper ocean and mixed layer modeling and sound-speed characterization (Colosi and Rudnick, 2020). Lastly funds provided here will also facilitate a very productive collaboration with Marcia Isakson and her group at ARL/UT.
