Summary	To establish a standardized specification for embedded computer systems in Navy aircraft, and possibly also in Navy UAVs, in order to reduce maintenance and upgrade costs and promote interoperability between the embedded computer systems on a single type of Navy aircraft, as well as between two or more different types of Navy aircraft.
