Summary	The purpose of this project to enhance the cooperative interchange between the Naval Postgraduate School's Cebrowski Institute and the COE-DMHA. The implementation of this agreement will be through the detailing of a liaison representative from the NPS to COE-DMHA to coordinate a collaborative effort and support COE-DMHA program implementation as described within this project proposal.
